Started carrier as Driller after obtaining induction training on Drilling Technology course at IDT Dehradun and worked at different levels in the organization over the period of 19 years & then worked with British OIL & GAS Exploration Ltd, Nigeria for a year and Presently working as Senior Drilling Supervisor with ESSAR company, Yangon ( Myanmar ).

2. Rig achieved Best drilling off-shore rig in minimizing down time by proper planning and ensured optimum utilization of resources (man & material).
3. Self played lead role in implementing of ISM code for MODU Sagar Samrat off-shore Jack-Up rig and obtained SMC certificate first time valid for five years.
