-Construction of food-grade products manufacturing plants : Flour & other flour by-products manufacturing, Meat processing, Sardines manufacturing and Brewery/soft drinks manufacturing;
-Construction of Agri-business products manufacturing facilities (feeds milling/manufacturing plant);
-Construction of Industrial type projects like : Concrete aggregate plant, Cement batching plant, Carbon manufacturing plant, Unloading facilities for manufacturing plant (pneumatic unloading system from the barges to concrete silos) and Consumer products manufacturing facilities
-Construction of telecom. facilities type of projects (Main switching, Local Exchange and Comm. Towers) and Construction of Government Projects: City Road Projects and Light Railway Transportation System Project.

1.)In Qatar, at Ras Laffan Industrial City : Qatar Gas II On-shore LNG Project
2.)In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ministry of Defense and Aviation projects:
- ARAMCO-operated Underground Strategic Storage Program Facilities Project with jobsites in Riyadh, Jeddah and Medina (each site with underground storage/operations facility, water treatment plant, sewage treatment plant, petrol stations, maintenance/operations staffs accommodations, warehouses and offices);
-Design/design management of KSA government military training facilities, accommodation, public buildings, airport, seaport, telecom facilities, etc. at Gizan, KSA
-National Guard Public Buildings Project in Riyadh consist of 5-zones (each consists of 1-main center and 4 sub-centers) and one common zone (a main center consist of 1-big mosque, 2-school bldgs., 1-commercial center, 1-fire station, 1-petrol station and 1-hospital bldg. and a sub-center consist of 3-school bldgs., 1-small mosque, 1-clinic, 1-supermarket and public toilets. For the common zone, consist of 2-technical buildings, 1-museum bldg.,1-water treatment plant, 1-sewage treatment plant, 1-public market & slaughterhouse facility.
