Project Manager for Integrated Projects

Seeking a challenging position in a leading organization in the field of Oil and Gas , where my educational background, career related experience and my interpersonal skills may be utilized and developed.

Project Manager: Exterran Eastern Hemisphere, Integrated Projects Dept. DFZ Dubai ( Feb 2009- until date)
Reporting to: Director of Integrated Projects performing the following duties:
•Review proposal and budget allocation
•Develop project WBS, and define detailed scope
•Put initial project level 4 schedule using Microsoft Project tools
•Manage and lead the project controls team , put the cost control and schedule control plans and strategies
•Put the project tractability matrix
•Put the project ORG chart and RAM
•Manage interface between different facilities and departments involved in the projects ( engineering, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, construction)
•Plan site construction and prepare the site construction plan and packages
•Produce plant commissioning plane and allocate resources
•Manage customer interface and correspondences
•Review project technical documents and drawings
•Monitor and control project cost and schedule with support from project controls team

Project Engineering: Exterran Eastern Hemisphere, Integrated Projects. DFZ Dubai (Aug. 2006- Jan 2009)
Reporting to: Director of Integrated Projects

Work on several projects both internal and external within Exterran Total Solutions and project Management Group with the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Assist proposal group identifying scope of work
• Assist proposal group in budgeting and estimating project cost
• Generate project level 3 schedule
• Assign project team and generate project RAM and ORG chart
• Issue internal and external P.O’s
• Communicate contract specifications to different departments involved to insure compliance with customer requirements
• Coordinate between different departments involved in the project
• Review and audit technical documents and drawings
• perform project progress and cost control to insure meeting deadlines
• provide technical support subcontractor and team working on site
Lead commissioing team during commissioing and startups
