•Planning and execution of Development wells.
•Interpret and evaluate sub surface geological data to construct maps, cross sections, define subsurface structure, determine net sand and pay thickness and other essential economically significant information.
•Preparation of Well Completion Reports (WCR’s) of all Development Wells drilled in the Cauvery Basin to present results to the management for review.
•Preparation of Annual Activity Report for Development Drilling Activities.
•Preparation of Geo Technical Orders (GTO’s) of all Development Wells drilled in the Cauvery Basin.
•Monitoring of Development Well Drilling Activities such as maintaining of well deviation profile, successful attaining of geological objective and final well completion suitably to optimize reservoir and production management.
•Well site Geologist at development wells.
•Execution and monitoring of IOR and Development schemes of the various fields of the Cauvery Basin.
•Attend Final Well logging operations and assist in preparation of all Production Testing proposals for Object Release based on Log Correlation and Interpretation.
•Supervision and Quality Monitoring check of CBL-VDL well logs to ensure good cementation bond against Objective Zone.
•Preparation of proposals for release of New Development locations in Asset Development Board Meetings.
•Assist in training and mentoring less experienced geologists through interaction and work sessions.
