1. Development of Process Flow diagram (PFD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), Utility Flow Diagram (UFD) to comply with clients' requirement.
2. Process simulations to develop heat and material balances.
3. Lead to process team & Check design outputs, datasheets and drawings prepared by Process Engineers to ensure accuracy and completeness to design requirements and concepts.
4. Process design for drums, heat exchangers, tanks and develop process datasheets.
5. Hydraulic design for pumps, compressors, blowers and develop process datasheets.
6. Attend P&ID design reviews, HAZOP, HAZID, SIL studies, 3D model reviews.
7. Design & Rating for Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers using HTRI/ HTFS.
8. Flare System Design by Flarenet
9. Relief Load Calculations & Orifice sizing of safety valves as per API 520 & API 521.
10. Sizing and PDS preparation of Vessel, Heat Exchangers, Control Valve & Flow Meter etc.
11. Preparation of Control philosophy & Cause and Effect Diagram.
12. Preparation of utility consumption chart, line list & equipment list.
13. Support the Construction Team during construction phase and carry out site checks.
14. Support the Commissioning Team during plant or unit startup.
