Duties and Responsibilities:
• Quality surveillance, Welding Inspection, Documentation & Dimensional Check. & Interpretation
• Review fabrication/Erection, documents and work quality in terms of specification, workmanship and other variables as indicated in the above-mentioned documents as per requirements of QC standard operating procedure and client’s specification
• Ensuring workshop personnel are working to the correct procedure and process
• Co-ordination with company & subcontractors.
• Review/monitoring the approved quality and inspection plan.
• Witnessing pneumatic testing of piping, tanks and equipment.
• Perform line checking/prepare and check official test pack prior to release for pneumatic testing by ensuring that all welding inspection and NDT activities affecting the quality of welds contained in each frames have been completed and accepted.
• Witnessing all Hold points for Pneumatic and Hydro Testing etc.
• At fabrication - stage wise inspection for fabrication activities, fit-up, weld visual inspection as per standard.
• Monitoring and supervising the total construction activities.
• Involved for the coordination of different department for the preparation of tender document, specification preparations, technical proposal submittal etc.
