preparing drawing for cargo oil containers for piping in autocad.and also priparing the materials take off etc

Main Job Activities; (Work Preparation)

? Job identification onboard with the onboard Foreman. SRM and Ship Supt. (as per work specs.)
? Produce detailed drawings / sketches in accordance with the Company Work Instructions and Department Process Manual.
? Prepare materials requisition with defined delivery time to materials Controllers and
follow-up thru Materials Tracking System on the availability of materials and status
of delivery time (stock or non-stock).
? Provide the defined spools fabrication priority sequence list to Workshop Supervisor and
follow-up the progress.
? Monitoring and follow-up of pipe spools status critical for undocking and completion.
? Additional job should be taken from the SRM with confirmation from the Ship Supt. and
additional job from other trades should be reported to the Supervisor and acknowledged signature from the Ship Supt. for satisfaction and agreement.
? Carry out onboard measurements for pipeline routing and prepare piping arrangements in accordance with the Owner’s requirements for new pipe lines and acknowledged signature
from the Ship Superintendent for comments and approval purposes.

? Reporting of work progress and non-conformities to Sr. Work Preparator and Supervisors (raising occurences Report).
? Submitting the fully detailed job descriptions (collecting the actual work scope done in specific job, signed by the responsible Foreman) and must be sent to Invoicer prior to sailing of the vessel.
