Elaborating, and implementing various types of technical procedures, instructions and applications. Coordinating overhauling activities. Coordinating start-up and shut-down activities in case of emergency.
Coordinating activities to make sure that the quality of refinery products are in concordance with the European standards, adjusting the plant parameters using DCS Emerson, Delta V type according to lab analyses. Close collaboration with Instrument and Control Department, Electrical Department and Mechanical Department. Performing training activities for the subordinated personnel.
Supervise all the equipment in the plants , like pumps , reactors, regenerator , coloumns , vessels , air blow , compressors , CO-Boiler , and operate him in case of emergency even i operate this .
The units contains :
- FCC : reactor , striper , regenerator, hole chamber , CO-Boiler , GHH air blow turbine , GHH wet gas compressor , many pumps , vessels and columns , heat exchangers , FCC catalyst hoper and injection unit ;
- VGO Hydrotreater : 2 reactors with run at 370 degrees and around 60 bar , 2 reciprocating compressor , pumps , vessels and columns , furnaces ;
- Hydrogen plant : with 3 identical modules which have 3 reformers for methane processing , and amine wash
