 Xylene column and Refinate column those are the 02 important column of the project about 8 meter diameter and 70 meter height and with 119& 91 internal trays respectively I did both of 02 columns erection and all the internal trays installation.

 Co-ordinate with UOP technical advisors and prepare the trays for the final inspection of the vendor,Knowledge of ASTM, ASME, Sec. V and Sec. IX,
 Molecular sieve loading in 04 Adsorbent chambers.
 Piping modification and fittings inside the columns and in the adsorbent chambers.
 Distributor pipes installation and chimney trays installation.
 Finishing column internal Trays installation.
 Control a crew of 120 people with a progressive manner and as good team manager.
Installation of Soleplates, standards, hoods, piping according to company specification.
Unloading and inspection of the Equipment and placement on the foundation.
Geometric dimensional check of foundation of equipment, and auxiliaries skid, leveling and alignment.
 Install the main equipment and auxiliaries as per company Installation Procedure
 Handle the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities like, Loading of adsorbent in the adsorbent chambers.

