As Quality Assurance Coordinator reporting to DGM QA (departmental Head) in QA Department (PSO Head Office)of country’s largest oil marketing company, Pakistan State Oil .

Responsibilities as QA Coordinator at QA Deptt PSO Head Office Clifton:

 To close liaison with 04 PSO quality labs in order to monitor the quality of POL, Chemical, Ocean tankers (Import) from Fujairah & customer used products and also maintains the all SOPs, Manuals, Methods (ASTM/IPs) and external documents regarding technical aspects.
 To resolve and support the issue regarding purchase ,procurement ,SAP, IMS Integrated Management System and other technical & regulatory matters of all these above quality labs.
 Development of QMS ISO: 9001, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 systems.
 Close liaison with PSO other department for development, support and Internal Auditing of ISO standard Manual, procedures and their documentation to get and sustain ISO certification.

 Carrying out internal audits for Quality, Environmental and occupational health & safety management systems
 Coordination and backup support for all ISO documentations to PSO departments.
Liaison with vendors for various issues and their technical evaluation
Working in SAP (MM & QM) Modules regarding purchase/procurement of items and also generating purchase requisitions and prepare LPR’s/Purchase requisition as per Manager’s Instruction for procurement of Items.
 Reporting performance of the quality system to the management for review and as a basis for improvement of the quality system.
 Monitoring and coordinating work of all departments in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001& OHSAS 18001.
 Ensuring and monitoring and taking appropriate corrective and preventive actions to avoid non-conformities.
 Investigate all incidents/accidents and near miss and present reports 
• To Coordinate with Lube Manufacturing Plant
