Refinery Operation Shift Manager

Refinery Process Operation Proactively supervise day-to-day operation of PS refinery of crude distillation of 145,000bpd

- Handle and trouble shoot - process and utility problems, mechanical problems, and emergency EHS problems, including being a key person in FIT operation and be proficient in emergency response, command and control in fire fighting techniques.
- Act as area owner to control all maintenance works during normal plant running, T&I area leader, exercising PTW system, including accessing of all visitors.· Lead, coach, share, and counsel his shift crew of 30 operators both senior and junior.
- Make assessment operators based on the OPS (Operation Progression Scheme)· Perform BEC (Basic Equipment Care program), including the previous MBO (Maintenance By Operation)
- Cleanliness and housekeeping RRC refinery.· Control of variable cost – main power index, chemicals, catalysts, imported electricity, nitrogen, raw water, and consumables i.e. called-off articles, including safety gears.· Perform Operation Excellence with KPI target TRIF (Safety) = 0.8, EH Index =97% , TROF (Health) = 0.5,OA = 96.5%,LPO = <$7M.
