About 19 years of experience in construction Field Specialization in Civil and Architectural Construction and planning Mainly for Plant Oil Refinery Buildings, LNG Plant Buildings , Gas to Liquid Plant and Petrochemical Plant Buildings.

Monitoring and expediting of drawings and specification on weekly and monthly basis. Acknowledge of site specification. Confirmation of drawing and specification. Establish field procedure and method statement as per project requirement. Determine acceptance of engineering criteria. Clarification of constriction in engineering. Assisting support field engineering team to prepare a field report and field change sheet drawings. Review and implement project subcontractor split of work and material scope of supply.

Monitoring and expediting of material and equipment availability on weekly and monthly basis. Prepare and conducting material and equipment weekly meeting with subcontractor. Prepare BQ / BM status control report as per drawing.

Preparation, Monitoring and expediting schedule and progress report in weekly and monthly basis. Conducting weekly schedule and progress review meeting with subcontractor. Prepare actual construction schedule and submit to building section manager in final staged.

Monitoring and expediting construction workmanship on daily basis. Monitoring of Inspection activity status. Monitoring required QC document for field procedure and method statement. Monitoring and expediting to close the field nonconformance issue. Conducting weekly QC coordination meeting with subcontractor and JGC QC team.

Preparation of Handover Packaged and expediting the area required prior to release to other discipline.

Planning, monitoring and expediting to close outstanding safety issue.

Area Chief Supervisor scope of responsibility. Prepare Analyzing report of subcontractor site management performance and submit to building section manager. Prepare project lesson learn in final staged.
