I have managed teams of up to 42 Expat managers and 1300 nationals as subordinates and have pro-actively administered a huge portfolio of support service disciplines and also support departments such as HSE, HR and finance.

I have a strong results orientation with a firm grasp of commercial business drivers (inc. budget and cost control)and have a very successful track record in extracting maximum productivity and efficiency gains, using Six Sigma processes, KPI’s/SLA’s/QAS systems, without detriment to stakeholder requirements.

I can switch between strategic and tactical goals quickly and was a member of the Operational Excellence Leadership Team for my time in Kazakhstan and also the Lead CPE/SME for Outdoor services for the Compass Service Framework (CSF) role out on a global scale. I have also mobilized contracts across the Middle East and Asia

I have generated effective working relationships with key stakeholders of many nationalities and levels and related support groups which have aided problem resolution and coordinated production/general issues between the Support teams, B2business and other technical teams/vendors in the past.

Proven business development experience having participated as Technical Bid Manager for the successful rebid of a $500,000,000 million project and have also managed the total bid process for 10 bids in West Africa
