Professional Experience
March 2007 – Present: Santos Ltd. Australia
Well Site Representative – Recruited by Santos to take over operations as Well Site Supervisor for Service rig & Snubbing operations involving Completions and remedial Workovers. Duties included: Management and full accountability for onsite operations with supervision of up to 26 personnel with camp, Provided a safe work site with rig crew achieving 4.5 years LTI free, Writing/Reviewing programs as needed, Report on daily, cumulative and final Cost projections. Played a key role in implementing the safe and cost effective use of Underbalanced workover technologies in wells not previously thought possible.
October 2005 – March 2007: Snubco International Group.
Senior Snubbing Supervisor – Cooper Basin, S.A. Australia
Recruited by Snubco to take over Snubbing operations in Australia. Snubbing unit with Stand alone and Rig assist capabilities. Duties included: Worked with Santos Ltd. In program development for difficult gas wells with surface pressures up to 4000 psi and 30% CO2 content. Direct field Supervision of all Snubbing operations involving high pressures and complicated BHA’s with high bottom hole temperatures in Desert conditions with temperatures reaching +55`C.
October 1999 – October 2005: Precision Drilling – Live Well Service
Senior Snubbing Supervisor – Western Canada
Performed and Supervised all aspects of Snubbing industry for the largest Snubbing company in Canada. Duties included: Stand alone & Rig Assist Snubbing, Underbalanced Drilling and Freeze & Hot tap services with surface pressures up to 7000 psi, Critical Sour well.
January 1996 – October 1999: Shehtah Drilling
Rig Manager – Norman Wells, NWT Canada
Duties included: Hired as Driller with the use of a Service rig and Snubbing unit. Promoted to Rig manager and Supervised daily operations on Oil & Gas well workover and completions in Northern Arctic of Canada with temperatures reaching -50`C in winter.
January 1993 – January 1996: Precision Drilling & Well Service
Driller – Western Canada
Entry into Oil & gas industry. Duties included: Started as Roughneck on service rig and drilling rig, Worked through all positions on both drilling and service rigs with promotion to Driller.

Additional Information
Multiple types and makes of Workover rigs including: SkyTop, Franks, Irontech and Kremco from small mobile single rod rigs to large 500K trailer mounted Re-entry rigs. Snubbing units from Mobile Rig Assist 60K to 150K units and Stand alone 250K Snub units. I have worked in 55`C heat in the Australian Dessert to 55`C Sub Zero in the Northern Arctic of Canada and High Altitude in the Rockies. I have worked on several drilling rigs earlier in career as Roughneck/Derrick hand and also with Snubbing unit as a Supervisor for several Under Balanced drilling projects.
