„« All incoming documents receiving and stamped received with date and distributed respective Managers /Superintend making with internal transmittal.
„« All mechanical drawing receiving and stamped received with date and updated in the computer and again stamps Master copy, then filing.
„« All mechanical drawing receiving and stamped received with date and stamps Master copy. Then make copy for distribution. In the distribution copy stamps control copy with date.
„« All mechanical drawing updated latest revision in the computer at same time old revision remove in the file. The old revision stamps superseded and it is filing as void drawing
„« Weld Procedure Specification (WPS) send through mechanical documents making with transmittal for approval.
„« All Method of Statements (MS) for mechanical send through mechanical documents making with transmittal for approval.
„« All Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for mechanical send through mechanical documents making with transmittal for approval.
