Responsibilities
• Co-ordinate , Compile, Consolidate and Manage Pre-Qualifications and Tendering
• Manage, Direct and Guide the Planning Engineer in the preparation of Project Control documentation such as Project Control Procedure, Philosophy, Organization Chart, Manpower Planning and Histogram, Schedule, WBS, etc
• Allocation of resources & Organizing the work
• Assigning Tasks & Directing activities
• Controlling project execution
• Issues Management & Issue Solving
• Identifying, Managing & Controlling changes
• Ensure collation of project costs and revenues, prepare cash-flow (revenues and costs) and payment reports
• Develop the catch up plans and look ahead plans
• Monitor progress, data collection and analysis to detect early warning signals for delays and suggest remedial actions, update networks as well as use crashing techniques by optimizing manpower and resources
• Ensure that all reporting, internal and external, is completed according to corporate guidelines as per prescribed MIS formats
