03 Years as Process Planner, for Engine Overhauling/Maintenances Process, i.e. Chemical Cleaning, Machining, Welding, Heat Treatment, Sand Blasting, Painting, Electro Plating etc.

14 Years (March, 1995 to till date) as QC / NDT Inspector /Technician and worked with NDT Methods such as Magnetic Particle Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Radiographic Testing, Eddy Current Testing, Ultrasonic Testing and Remote Visual Testing (Remote area inspection by using Everest Vit Video Probe.)
I have working Experience with NDT, on: -
(a) Turbine Engine/Power plants and A/C Structure Parts Inspection
(b) Ultrasonic Wall Thickness Measurement
(c) Used/New Drill Pipe Inspection
(d) Pipe Line Inspection
(e) Rig Parts Inspection
(f) Welding Inspection
(g) Lifting gear Inspection
EQUIPMENT/MATERIAL
I have working Experience on following NDT Equipment/Material: -
1) Magnetic Particle Testing
- AC /HWDC Yoke, Permanent Magnets and Yoke, Portable coil, Bench type and portable magnetizer units.
2) Liquid Penetrant Testing
- Visible dye Penetrant & Fluorescent Dye Penetrant, sensitivity Level up to 4.
3) Radiographic Testing
- Portable X-Ray Machine (Andrex Smart 160E).
4) Ultrasonic Testing
- Sonic 1200HR+ for Flaw detection and DMS2 for Wall Thickness Measurement
5) Eddy Current Testing
- Phasec 2d for surface and bolt whole inspection.
6) Remote visual inspection
- Everest Vit Video Probe, XL Pro plus and XL G3

I am currently working with F-6 Rebuild Factory PACB Kamra as NDT Inspector and supervisor NDT Lab. I am familiar with most of database and software related to Mobile inspections and reporting. I have good written and verbal communication skills with experience in compiling detailed reports. I am proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and can learn any required software quickly. I am a hard worker with strong work ethics. I am self- motivated and easily adaptable. I can inspect, coordinate, and supervise. I have over 14 years experience with NDT work. I am willing to learn anything related to the field.
