Vendor Development
Developing and negotiating with local and global vendors for procuring essential equipments and machinery at reasonable price.

Materials Management & Control
ľAnalysing material requirements and stocks availability based on day to day market trend and advising on stock flow and current stock level.
ľMaintaining minimum stock level in all branches without affecting sales.
ľEstablishing final physical quantities vs. Navision System quantities & analysing net differences and suggesting solutions.
ľManaging raw material stores operations, ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the production process.
ľDeveloping effective material management systems & procedures for inventory items and carrying out ABC analysis for better inventory control.
ľLogistics
ľOverseeing the logistic functions and negotiating with Freight Forwarders for cost effective transport solutions and clearances.
ľMonitoring and analyzing the loss in transit and undertaking measures to control the same.
ľScheduling & prioritising deliveries based on total no of delivery requests received, availability of materials, man-hours & forklift.
ľEnsuring safe shipping/delivery of all materials to customers & branches as and when needed.
ľAttending to & redressing any discrepancies in shipping/delivery to customers/branches all over by effective & efficient operation and thereby maximum utilization of available resources.
ľHandling shipment from overseas suppliers by Sea freight & Air freight.
ľSupervising & advising the shipment clearing personal for clearing goods under customs duty exemption.
