I am a Project Manager willing to demonstrate my ability to effectively manage a team and work cooperatively as part of a team to achieve project deliverables within Scope, Time/ Schedule and Cost to meet Project objectives and deadline.

„« Managing and supervising the activity of assigned Project Engineers
„« Maintaining and developing further, the Project Portfolio Management procedures and tools Actively training, coaching and developing the assigned staff
„« Managing the performance of 3rd parties, the technical design and development for the assigned project proposals
„« Ensure allocated project proposals are developed, prepared and compiled comprising comprehensive and fully defined scope of works
„« Responsible for and manage technical designs development for the project proposals and administer the proper authorization for the various stages of the project
„« Develop and manage key activity plans for all phases of all projects including contraction using the project database and manage monthly reporting on progress and cost.
„« Carry out preliminary risk assessment to identify and assess risks and uncertainties associated with important projects and develops risk management plan and mitigation strategies for areas under consideration
„« Responsible for the timely production of project progress reports for all projects. i.e. scope, budget, schedules, key constraints, etc
„« Develop and provide client with commissioning and start up plans, spare part recommendations, training requirements, start up assistance for specialised equipment, etc. and project hand over to the business owner
„« Close out projects by closing budget of all commitments, advise finance on budget closure and carry out project performance post implementation review, and approval of as built drawings
„« Ensure adherence to the project quality management system during the design and construction phase by applying approved procedures and relevant Design Engineering Practices, standards and specifications (DEPS)
