Perform Routine Analysis - analytical work for OPTIMAL products covers for Derivatives, Olefins, Glycols, Utilities (Waste Water Analysis). Familiarize with most of the latest computer-based analytical instrument such as Gas Chromatography (GC), Ion Chromatography (IC), Liquid Chromatography (LC), High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) and deal with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

1)Expert user of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and fully applied in manage Chromatography Data System populating data.

2)Expertise in Influencing People for Change - Situational Leadership (SSL-II), utilize of implementation & progress measure tools, goals settings for Departments, do periodic internal audit, self-assessments & management system review, Facilitation for Results (FFR), HSE’s Meet Behavioral Expectations (MBEs).Lead and monitor Behavior Based Program (BBP) to promote importance of right behavior when performing work.

3)Perform day to day operation to ensure calibration, validation, standardization and routine samples are performed timely and accurately. Involved in troubleshooting of process issues with Operation Engineer and participate in improvement projects. Involve in establish new procedures for laboratory and manage documentation related such as filing processes, binding, document segregation.

4)Involve in several new project for enhancing laboratory performance including analytical project, laboratory Information technology integration and chemical storage. Lead Internal Client Satisfaction Survey and developed and tracked the action gaps closure.

5)Participate in company Emergency Respond Team. Involve in drills and organize emergency evacuation plan for emergency situation.

6)Involved in pre - commissioning of OPTIMAL Central Laboratory. Deal and expose to various Analytical methodologies setting for new laboratory such as Chromatography, Spectrophotometry, colorimetry and Titrimetry. Expert in administering Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and Chromatography Data System.

7)Establish and apply HSE requirements to operate laboratory such as PPE usage, Waste Management, Emergency Response and Behavior Based Program.
