hydraulic calculations for critical circuits, line sizing, relief load calculations, PSV Sizing, P&ID review and update, datasheets preparation, updating various documents based on vendor information.
„« Worked on a project for Valero Refining Company, St. Charles Refinery, LA. This project included FEED of sulfonae/tatory and paraxylene unit.Fluor India responsibility includes FEED for tank farm area and dock facilities including vapour recovery system, loading/unloading arms & custody meters. Performed various FEED activities also.

„« Worked on FEED (front end engineering design) for Gas Facility being developed in Rajasthan field for Cairn India Pvt. Ltd. This facility includes production of gas from gas wells, gas-condensate separation, dew point depression, condensate stabilization, gas and condensate transfer etc. Involved in preparation of FEED package including simulations using HYSYS, process selection, various studies with simulations, heat & mass balance, PFD¡¦s development, vessel sizing, heat exchangers design, P&ID¡¦s development, pump calculation, line and control valve sizing, PSV calculations, equipment & instrument datasheets preparation and HAZOP study.
