•Maintenance and overhauling of pumps like horizontal and vertical, single & multistage of feed water pump, condensate extraction pump, Drain pump, Dosing pump, Screw and gear pumps for furnace oil and seal applications

• Receives work schedule from foreman/supervisor and co-ordinates all activities with operators to trouble-shoot and to solve the problems on equipment.
• Performs all preventive and corrective maintenance on all mechanical and rotary equipment.
• Performs overhauling on multi stage pumps, compressors and turbines.
• Performs part of the team in commissioning of any new mechanical projects.
• Reads equipment drawings and finds out technical information required.
• Identifying all types of problems in mechanical fields and I can rectify them.
• Dismantling and assembling of various types of valves- plug valves, butterfly valves, Globe valves, non-return valves.
• Hands on experience in handling mechanical seals, O-rings, gaskets and shaft seals.
• Hands on experience in performing rotating equipments alignment as horizontal and vertical centrifugal pumps, reciprocating compressors, fin fans, blowers, etc., using various types of drivers and gear boxes.
• Ability to Identify piping specs, gaskets, bolts and nuts, valves etc. and able to carryout the work on all the piping.
• Operating simple M/C tools such as grinding machines, drilling machines, impact wrenches.
• Hands on experience in hydro testing of valves, pipes and vessels.
• Able to take precision measurement using depth gauges, micrometer, vernier calipers etc. and must be able to work to very close tolerances

• Diploma(Polytechnic) In Mechanical Engineering From Govt.Polytechnic, College, Gudur in April 1995 with 68 % of marks
Academic:
• Intermediate(10+2) From Board of Intermediate Education, Hyderabad in March 1992 with 64.2% of Marks From Board of Secondary Education in March 1990
