major responsibilities:

Coordination with internal QA/QC Staff
Attending QA/QC Minutes of meeting, Construction Meeting ,Piping Meeting
Preparation of all Quality Control Procedures, Inspection & Test Plan
Preparation, implementation and monitoring of all Contract Specific Procedures and Work Instructions.
Periodic Auditing like Documentaion,Welding,NDT-PWHT & Spool Management , and follow up of Corrective Actions
implementation and monitoring Quality system & Performances,
Deriving sequence plan for the execution of various jobs
Preparing & Inspecting Welder Qualification Test and its documents
Welding procedure specification preparation according to the material and specified service classes.
Inspection as per the client requirements
Offering the job to client inspection
Co-ordination with the NDT / PWHT crews
Inspection of NDT Test Such as RT/PT/MT/UT
To handling the material and Equipment with its Calibration Certificates
Co-ordination with Client Inspection
Maintaining the records such as WPS.PQR, Inspections Data's & QC Dossier
