* Provides technical assistance to Operations in terms of information on performance, recommendations for improvement in operating practices, development and driving to implementation of improvement initiatives.
* Establishes and monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are the drivers to achieving production, quality and raw materials usage plan.
* Initiates Corrective and Preventive Action Reports to correct quality related issues in Digestion so to prevent reoccurrence.
* Conducts daily audits and inspections of unit operations in Digestion.
* Monitor day-to-day operation and applied standard corrective process control techniques to optimize the digestion process.
* Contributes to the definition and the implementation of action plans aimed at continuous improvement of product quality, process efficiencies and manufacturing cost reduction
