Position: Project Manager.

Project: Services of operation, maintenance and meter management for Industrial Cities of Abu Dhabi (ICAD I, II & III).

Job Description:
•PRMS operations, monitoring, routine and non routine maintenance.
•Response to operational problems.
•Repairs and survey works as required for pipelines extended from the main gas pipeline network take off valves up to the developers’ PRMS.
•Monitoring cathodic protection system.
•Prepare and Issue PTW/ATW to all contractors/subcontractors in site.
•Supervision of the third party works in the vicinity of gas installations to avoid any damage.
•Liaising with contractors/subcontractors, consultants, tenants and the client in line of work and reports to the General Manager.
•Response to emergences call 24 hr/ 7days
•Ensure the availability of all required spare parts and tools for the purpose of operation and maintenance of the gas installations using latest technology.
•Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inspection reports for the project owner.
•Prepare Monthly report concerning all activities on project for the project owner.
•Prepare monthly Gas meter readings and forwarded to the project owner for gas consumption invoicing.
•Developing schedule plans and managing activities to meet project target schedules and fiscal responsibilities.
•Maintain an organizational role of protecting corporate assets and meeting project costs & objectives.
•Liaising with Gasco to match with their required specification.
•Liaising with subcontractors and consultants in line of work and reports to the General Manager.
•Prepare and Issue/Accept PTW/ATW to all contractors in site.
•Prepare, supervise & control of welding processes ( pipes welding, pips wrapping, pipe laying ,backfilling)
•Prepare, supervise & control of installation of cathodic protection system.
•Prepare, supervise & control l of all the required test on gas line (magnetic test, holiday test, UT, Hydro test, pipe cleaning….etc)
•Prepare, supervise & control of hot tapping process.
•Dealing with the tenant gas connection.
•Prepare, supervise & control of the gas commissioning test.
•Prepare and submit project final documents.
