Job Description:

Responsible for performing the inspection and checks outlined in the document and procedures. Report to QA/QC Manager all about inspection, fit-up, manpower, and progression completion of project on daily basis. Random witness dimensional inspection after end preparation and joint fit-up by contractor QC according with latest revision of drawing. Reviewing all of document (Drawing, welder register, PQR and WPS, and material certificate. Review and approve all method statement and site query proposed by contractor. Carried out witness of welder test, leak test and all of inspection stage prior release to painting. Rise up nonconformance report for unmeet quality requirements. Approve as built dossier documents after project completion.

Job Description:

Responsible for performing the inspection and checks outlined in the document and procedures. Perform visual and dimensional inspection after end preparation and joint fit-up according with latest revision of drawing. Check and ensure that fit-up is within tolerance prior to welding. Ensure that preheat is carried out and within specified limits. Ensure that the welders to be utilized are qualified. Monitor welding parameters during welding and perform visual inspection prior to turn over for NDE. Ensure all visual inspection, report and NDE completed prior joint inspection with the client for release to painting. Report any discrepancies to the PMT QC and Yard Senior QC inspector and prepare proper documentation.
