PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
a) To ensure the safe execution of the work, fully comply with the Project HSE Requirement and Procedure.
b) Promote Construction Health, Safety and Environmental awareness through
Induction, Training, Inspection and Promotions.
c) Assess and evaluate risks, providing adequate risk management solutions,
Including detailed discussions within Construction and Contractors Personnel.
d) Conduct compliance reviews in keeping with the project and Contractors HSE
Plans.
e) Assist in investigation all incident/accident and near misses and present reports
Accordingly.
f) Assure implementation of the Training Program, HSE Plan, and HSE Management
System and Permit to Work System.
Review.
h) Review JHA on relevant construction procedures.
i) Assure Tool Box Talks, Start Talks and HSE Cases is followed.
j) Advertise Safety Program to all the workers.
k) Participate in Weekly, Monthly Tool Box Talks.
l) Audit and inspect the camp and PMV (Plant Machineries & Vehicles) facilities.
m) Carrying out periodic inspections of, and prepare inspection reports for, Company equipment (including safety equipment), as required.
n) Managing the Company emergency response procedures, including the management of regular emergency exercises.
