Cost Estimator/Contract Specialist

Fulfilling all Estimating functions within the Facilities Engineering - Cost and Planning Group. Compiling Estimates for Capex & Opex Projects within the framework of Chevron/Texaco budget procedures. Supported front end screening of options together with risk assessment.

Significant projects comprised Engineering, Equipment, Materials, Vendors, Installation and Commissioning, including development of conceptual scopes of work, initiating enquiries for purchase and supply of equipment plus associated services through to racking up of full owner cost estimates for AFE submission and annual budgeting. AspenTech’s Icarus Project Management software was utilized to form the basis of most estimates and with estimating experience and local conditions enabled sound and consistent estimates to be prepared. Final presentations were prepared in MS Word and Excel packages.

Additionally, as appointed mentor was able to impart to local nationals an understanding of processes within estimating, planning and cost engineering functions. Provided support to management team in the analyses and benchmarking of planned and actual costs and rates. Appointed mentor to a number of local Kazakhs and Russian personnel employed within the project controls planning and cost group, enhancing their discipline and language skills.

Assisting cost control in developing a meaningful cost reporting system and producing various cost reports.

Finished secondary scool in 2002, when i was in year nine and passed the test to study in United Kingdom. studied (Mathematics, English, Sience Biology, History,Sience Chemestry,PE,RE)

I have studied in United Kingdom for 4 years of BTEC Business Studies in Havering Sixth Form College in Hornchurch, Essex. from 2002 till 2006

From 2006 September till July 2009 i am studying Finance and Credit in Almaty "Central Asian University"
