Project Manager - Regional Information Technology and Software Engineering center (RITSEC) - joint project between the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD); and was hosted by the Government of Egypt-the Cabinet Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC).

Responsibilities:
- Manages different projects of RITSEC institute.
- Develop and generate new business opportunities.
- Creates and executes appropriate projects work plans to meet changing needs and requirements of the projects.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
