·AUGUST 2010 TO DATE AS SENIOR PRODUCTION ENGINEER IN OMV(EXPLORATION)G.m.b.h PAKISTAN

• First line supervisor to Manage and Optimize Plant Production Operations and co-ordinate with support functions to ensure delivery of on-spec sales gas in line with contractual nominations while maintaining safety & integrity of personnel and assets. Acts as interface between Field Management and Production staff. Round the clock presence of Production Engineers in Day and Night shifts provides instant guideline to Production staff as well as immediate decision making on any unplanned events especially during night.
• Manage plant production operations and actively co-ordinate with plant Maintenance dept so that sales gas volume and quality targets are met
• Implement HSE policies, standards and procedures to ensure Integrity of People, Environments, Asset and reputation of the company.
• Monitor and optimize production expenses (Catalyst, Chemicals etc) to ensure Expenses in line with Business plan
• Work closely with line Maintenance Engineers in resolving plant problem, Condition monitoring of equipments using SRCM to improve plant availability and reliability.

• Prepare , Review Operating Work instruction/Procedure in line with available standard, guidelines to ensure safe and smooth plant operation
• Motivate workforce in production in order to enhance productivity.
• Carryout training needs analyses, co-ordinate in execution of training plan for enhancement of employee’s knowledge / skills to achieve business aims

• Issue Daily Production Report and Ensure accuracy in data to provide plant status to higher Authorities and partners
• Ensure the implementation of SOP’S at plant, safe and smooth operation of plant.
• Execution of PTW,JSA, at plant.
• Excellent knowledge of Management of change procedure, Hazop techniques and QRA.
