Civil Engineer, seeking work in oil industry

All the time I worked on the building sites all over the world. Working in oil industry (in desert conditions)in Kazakhstan and Libya were my favorites. My excellent english and russian languages are my advantages, too.

2007-2009.: Site Civil Manager in PM Lucas in Kazakstan desert at Construction and civil works on development at Central Power Facility Station and Oil Receiving Facility on oil fields for OMV client (200mil$ all):
- Making and maintenance of roads; Making foundations for equipment, new tanks and pipe lines (metal piles, concrete reinforced (cased in situ or prefabricated)); - Making new camp; Montage new equipment and exported prefabricated buildings; Digging for pipelines (oil, water and gas) and energy supply; - Construction of new Well Drilling Pads with necessary concrete slabs for tower and equipment (NABORS client).
2005.: Site Engineer in J&P Overseas, Libya: Construction of concrete water tanks and laying of water pipelines in Benghazi, Bisher Desert (17mil €).
2006.-2007.:Licensed Site Engineer in part of VINCI, France, on building bridges and access roads in Yugoslavia.
2002.-2005.:Project Manager in Greece, EU:Reconstruction of monastery “Chilandary”, Holly Mont Athos (2 mil € ).
1999.:Site Engineer in Rad Companyin Russia:Construction of Ostrozenka building centre in Moscow (12.2mil€).
1995.-1999.:Project Manager in Rad Company in Kosovo: (11mil€); - Construction of two villages with full infrastructure for refuges, also residential building, Kosovo (1 mil €).
1999.-2002. Site Engineer in Belgrade on construction of high class residential buildings(6mil$).
1989.-1995.: Chief of the manufacturing plant – concrete plant and manufacture of pre-cast concrete and pre-stressed elements.

Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering) Degree, 1988, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Belgrade University. 5 years of study.
High tehnician Belgrade school. 4 years of study.
Excellent english and russian language.

Course for assembling and pre-stressing concrete members in “IMS” System from Serbian institute for material testing.
Course of Safety work percussions from PM Lucas safety institute.
Driveing B licence.

I have great experience in different works on the site including changing designs, preparing of design briefs, preparing of Building Licenses, quantity survey, Project Management till the end of project.
I worked successfully as Area Manager on few sites at the same time (Kosovo).
I worked successfully with a lot of subcontractors and liaising with outside bodies in different countries.
