Job Description:

1. Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision and mission statement and core values of the company.
2. Undertakes the calibration of Electrical (A), Mechanical (B) and other measuring equipment commonly used in production. (i.e. oscilloscopes, multimeters, caliper, micrometer, ring gauges).
3. In-charge in the whole calibration process in the Cooling, Power Supply and Servo Divisions from the preparation of notice of calibration, updating the Master list of Calibration Record up to the safe keeping of files in the calibration results.
4. Prepares the documented results of calibration to be submitted to the Department Manager for approval.
5. Communicates internally with the concerned sections, departments and divisions regarding matters on calibration and to External Calibration Companies for Calibration of Standard Equipments.
6. Responsible in the calibration of measuring jigs in the production area.
7. Involve in the evaluation measurement for different parts of fan motor and other parts that can only be measured using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
8. Monitors all equipment by checking its calibration due date , pulling out defective equipments, and sending all of those to Sanyo Denki China for repair.
9. Serves as the custodian and in-charge of all calibration records.
10. Participates in the implementation of 5S in the work station and complies with ISO standards and specifications.
11. Attends group meetings, training and development programs.
15. Performs such duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/or implied from the preceding enumeration of functions..
