Planning: Identifying upcoming project, plan to tackle with & preparation of annual, quarter, month wise project execution plans & scheduling future activities.
Designing: Water supply schemes, sewerage & drainage system, fire fighting system, wind energy driven pumping station, solar energy driven pumping station, irrigation system, booster system through different software as per site conditions & inline with customer/project requirements by coordinating consultants or technical authorities.
Recommendation/Technical Briefings: Study of project design, plans & site visits to offer energy efficient solution & to provide recommendation, suggestions, technical briefing & presentation to clients & consultants.
Proposals/Technical Submittals: Preparation of proposals & technical submittals in line with project requirement by coordinating relevant technical authorities.
Manufacturing: To ensure quality & production by coordinating with manager operations as per design, site conditions through step by step inspections & testing.
Project Execution, Inspections, Installation & Commissioning: By leading service team & erectors for installation & commissioning.
Operation & Maintenance: Scheduled visit to client premises for operational inspections of equipment & servicing on a planned maintenance, identifying areas of obstruction & bottlenecks and taking steps to rectify the problems in equipments through application of trouble shooting tools, executing cost saving and energy saving techniques, measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and to increase equipment life & operational profit.
Team Building/Leading & Services: Promoting team work spirit & customer facing awareness in service team to deal with departments, customers, consultants, vendors’ suppliers & contractors for stratification of all concerned & leading service team for project execution i.e. installation, commissioning, servicing.
Reporting: Inter office reporting & reporting to factory, accountants, managers, directors & departments of the organization.
Documentation: Documentation according to company policy & international standards.
