I am a Chemical Engineer with 17 years experience in petrochemical industry.
My job profile was and is as follows:
• Monitor Plant performance on a daily basis as well as for the long term forecast.
• Identification and de-bottlenecking of Plant problems to assist Operations Specialist/Day Supervisor.
• Co-ordinating with all service departments for quality and quantity of all imports.
• Co-ordinating with Specialist & Shift Supervisors during emergencies and crisis.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of the Plant.
• Issue of Weekly & Monthly Production/Consumption Reports as well as preparation of Weekly/Monthly Plant performance presentations.
• Review and update SOP.
• Co-ordinating with process and project Engineering teams for MOC and other technical matters.
• Monitor all raw materials & other chemical consumption.
• Coordinating with internal/external Quality Auditors and maintaining all the ISO documents.
• Participate in periodic Plant Safety tours.
• Running specialized equipments such as multistage centrifugal pumps, Gas turbine driven compressors, expander compressors etc.

Secured I division in Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Karnataka University in 1991

1) Received Certificate of Appreciation from Superintendent of the Dept for having performed assigned duties in TurnAround-2009 activities.
2) Received Certificate of Appreciation from Executive Director (GAIL(India)Ltd), for handling emergency situation in the Plant.
3) Undergone Programme on "Energy Conservation, Energy Management & Energy Audit" - 16th Jan'06 to 20th Jan'06 - By National Productivity Council, India
4) Undergone Corporate Training Course on MS-Windows & Office XP - 19th Dec'03 to 23rd Dec'03 - By APTECH
