Instrument PLC/DCS Control Engineer

Currently working as Trainee Engineer in Electrical (Instrument, Control and PLC) department Fauji Cement Company Limited since June, 2008.
Responsibilities:
• Working on Networks, instruments and PLC maintenance, operation, installation and commissioning.
• Coordination with production and quality department based on the performance of plant production.
• Analyzing problems and potential concerns and working with the team to implement corrective actions
• Have worked on RDF ENERGY PLANT “LINDNER RECYLING TECHNOLOGY” (First Plant/Time in Pakistan) on operation, control, trouble shooting and erection.
• Working on Industrial Ethernet, MODICON, SIEMENS, and ALLEN BRADELLY PLC. All type of Instrumentation (Pressure, Flow, Process, Temperature, Volume, Level, and Motion) sensors, Transmitters, Switches Electric Motors etc.
• Currently participating in up gradation of PLC System of FCCL plant with the ABB AUTOMATION Team.
