Seven Years of Offshore and Onshore Oil and Gas field experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, calibration and routine preventive/breakdown maintenance activities of Various Kinds of Field and Analytical Instruments.

Work Experience

 Currently working with ENOC Processing Company LLc, Dubai(Condensate Processing Plant) as an Instrument Analyzer technician from July 2007 to till date. Under Maritime Industrial Services co. Ltd Inc

Responsibility:
• Servicing and maintenance of different types of online Gas and Liquid Analyzers, Lab instruments & field instruments.

• Online Analyzers like Dust (Alpha), Color(Sysco), FlueGasO2 &Combustibles (Ametek,Servomax),SO2&NOX(Rosemount),PH(Rosemount),Gc(Mark II)

• TailgasH2S&SO2(Ametek880NSL), Paramagnetic Oxygen Analyzers (Rosemount755), Dissolved Oxygen(Rosemount), Hatch portable. D.O&Ph meters, Moisture(Parametric)–Lab Instruments like Distillation, pour/cloud(iSL), density, Micro seprometers, PSA mercury Analyzer Different field instruments-Gas Detectors -…Etc.

 Worked with CHEMTROLS ENGG. LTD as a service engineer in servicing of different types of Analyzers from Jan 2005 to July 2007.



I was involved in Annual Maintenance Contract with IOCL (Indian Oil Corporation ltd.), BPCL (Bharat Petroleum Corporation ltd.), Service and Maintenance of different types of Gas Analyzer and Gas Detection System includes Thermo Electron Corporation – 42C NOX Analyzer, 43C SO2 Analyzer, 48C CO Analyzer,51C Hydrocarbon Analyzer, 41C CO2 Analyzer, 17C NH3 Analyzer, 55C CH4 Analyzer, Dilution Probe, Dilution probe controller, Houston Atlas Inc. Total Sulfur LVI Sick Maihak AG – 700 &600Series Analyzers, Ametek –H2S Analyzer photometric 4000 series, Air Demand Analyzers 900A, Totalsulphur&insituSO2 919, 920, WDG IV Flue gas Analyzer, Thermox 210 Insitu O2 Analyzer (Zirconia) ,Panametrics DF 868. GF868Flowmeters, Conductivity &PH(Yokogawa), Silica analyzer (Silkostat9097) General Monitors – Toxic and Explosive gas detectors (S4000,S4100E,IR2000 [IR and Catalytic bead]) Servicing of the Sample Handling Systems.Different Types of Air operated / Electric operated Valves) , Sample Gas Coolers ( Buhler , Fuji [Peltier cooler],Pressure Switches , Temperature Switches etc..)

 Worked with ONGC Ltd., Mumbai at the Oil and gas process installations at Mumbai high offshore as a supervisor in the TITAN (Telemetry Instrumentation and Telecontrol in Automated Network) department on contractual basis under M/s PDCS since May 2002 to Jan 2005.
