FUNCTIONS AS PIPE FITTER

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1) Fitting of all type of plumbing accessories and materials e.g. water pipe, water hoses,

2) Distributing, manipulating, and preserving water pressure through tanks and pipes.
all plumbing fixtures, from simple laundry hoses to toilets to the nozzles on an expensive hot tub.

3) I design internal diameter of the water delivery pipes to control water pressure.

4) Maintaining of smaller pipe diameter, the lower the pressure and the greater the velocity of the water moving through it.

ASSOCIATE INVESTMENT (2005-2008) – PLUMBING FOREMAN

FUNCTION AS PLUMBING FOREMAN

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Oversees the installation, repair and replacement of all plumbing fixtures and related equipment.
2. Oversees the installation, repair and replacement of all water distribution and sewage collection systems.
3. Directs the installation, repair and replacement of plumbing and fire hydrants.
4. Assists utility companies in the location of lines as necessary.
5. Utilizes and updates blue prints and architectural drawings to reflect changes and denote locations of major plumbing fixtures and pipelines.
6. Assists with recording and preparing reports of water consumption and equipment inventory as required by associates investment
7. Reports and supervises repair of all equipment.
8. Maintains adequate inventory levels by ordering supplies and equipment for plumbing department.
9. Maintains and services hot water heaters (gas and electrical) ranging in size form 30 gallon to 80 gallon.
10. Coordinates work with other departments through construction phases and service repair projects to maintain a cooperative joint effort.
11. Responsible for water treatment, wells, and distribution systems to assure adequate levels of water consumption by the Kissy community.
12. Contributes to the effective team management of all relevant problems, issues and opportunities.
