•Trouble shooting of various Process Control, Well head, Fire & Gas detection & Machinery Control Instruments in Oil & Gas Production.
•Exposer on various Instruments make like Fisher, Foxboro, Yokogawa, Honeywell,Masoneilan, (Transmitter’s, Valves, Positioners, I/P’s)
•Service & Installation of various field Instruments, Planning, Scheduling & Executing of Preventive Maintenance activities & Modification jobs as per Job Orders.
•Involved in Plant Expansion with Engineers & Vendors along with required Plant Equipment's Safety Gear & Work Permit etc….
•Field Instrumentation Experience in Oil & Gas undergoing Modernization & Revamping, preparing Loop schematics, hook-up’s of existing plant & upgradiation to suit P & ID’s (Piping & Instrument Diagram’s)Individual To generate Loop drawing’s & verify the Instrumentation on P & ID’s as built.
•Worked on Data Acqustation System, 3cc Control System (scada-Motorola400-Rosemount Roc-306 & 312, Motorola400-ABB-326)
•Worked on Fire & Gas Systems of various makes (U7652B, U76526) U.V.-Gas sensors, smoke, heat, detectors make (Cereberus & Chubb).
•Worked on Vibration Monitoring systems(Bentley Nevada 3300/3500)
•Worked on Mov’s like Limitorque and Rotork.
•Continuous training & Focus on Health Safety & Environment Protection (HSE).

Programmable Logic Control: (Allen Bradley, Hima & GE-Fanuc). Vibration Monitoring Systems: (Bently Nevada 3000/3500 series), Fire Systems:(Heat, Detectors make Cereberus & Chubb, Det-tronics UV/IR Flame Detectors, Fusible loops, CO2 Release System, Fire Engine- Peterbilt smoker-1), Gas Turbines & Compressors: (Ruston, Solar, Rolls Royce, GEC, BHELL), Instrument Air Compressors: (Atlas Copco, Ingersoll-Rand, Kaeser).
