Job Description and Responsibilities
1. Maintain and prepare Finance and Accounting Report includes Monthly Financial Statement, Comparable Actual-Budget.
2. Assuring Finance and Accounting reports on timely scheduled basis, accurate and comply with all government & tax regulations, IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) and Indonesia General Accepted Accounting Standard.
3. Organize and liaison with other departments to support reporting process.
4. Fully responsible to maintenance and operate general ledger using ACCPAC system
5. Prepare Tax payment and Tax report.
6. Supervise and coordination with Site accountant and Accounting Staff.
7. Responsible to all accounting matter and Bank matter.
8. Responsible to supervise and control the Finance and control division which is including development and implementation of policies and procedure related to Finance and control.
9. Traveling to Site Office periodically
