• Turnover all the material documents to record section for updates and accountability.
• Preparing dispatch notes for the deliveries of materials to third party vendor for any requirements such as calibration, and painting.
• Recording all the materials specification markings such as heat numbers and tags upon issuing the items on the material issue note.
• Monitoring all stocks based on the items on the prescribe benchmark.
• Issuing pipe support such as trunions, shoes, sliding guide, thermal block and more
• Checking the authorized signatures of the materials requisition.
• Ensures that materials in good condition as companies practices of storage and supplier’s recommendation.
• Issue and control the material issuance either for shop fabrication or field erection materials as per drawing.
• Monitoring the movement of the materials at site
