Process Engineer with 9 yrs oId & Gas Projects Exp.

Seeking a position in Chemical Engineering where my technical abilities, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities will be best utilized.

• Review and Preparation of PFD’S,P&ID’S,UFD and Equipment data sheet
• Prioritizing the system readiness for unit commissioning
• Review of P&IDs and Heat & Mass balance sheets
• Analysis of unit problems in Aspen tech process Simulation (HYSYS) for process related issues.
• Experience in dynamic simulation etc.
• Experience in HAZOP Studies for various Oil & Gas Projects.
• Review of control philosophy with respect to new commissioning strategy
• Preparation of Hydro test packs, Flushing loops and its procedures for identified systems and checking of ISO’s with respect to PIDs
• Precommissioning and Operation Experience in Onshore in PDO-OMAN
• Experience in P&ID Reviewing in LPG PLANT(BP SHARJAH)
• Responsible for smooth and safe operation of plant and ensuring strict compliance of safety procedures and standard operating procedure
• Monitoring and Controlling critical parameters as per daily operating instructions
• Taking corrective action for any deviation in operating parameters in consultation with Production manager
• Maintaining the equipment’s in safe and healthy condition and conducting periodic Tripod meetings and ensuring reliability of equipments
• Co-ordination with quality assurance department for analysis and taking corrective action of unit parameters
• Inspection and troubleshooting of equipments during shut down
