„X Quality Assurance and Quality Control Management ˇV In the aspect of Quality Assurance Management, responsibility includes ensuring customerˇ¦s specification and requirements are fulfilled, which is measured by customer satisfaction. With the main goal of ensuring that the equipments/products and services offered by the company exceed the expectations of the customers, this responsibility interacts with quality management, thus providing adequate confidence to its customers. Example of this is ensuring customer approved quality inspection and test plans are complied with through strict monitoring of production processes. This responsibility also includes ensuring all measuring and test equipment used in inspections are calibrated according to industry standards, strict implementation of controlled production processes and raw materials received from suppliers are in accordance with the specifications of the customer.
