Have almost 4 years experience as QHSE Personnel, performing the following duties:

+ Maintaining a QHSE advisory/support service within the organization.
+ Identifying both Quality and HSE training needs, with mandatory courses and make recommendations for the fulfillment of those needs.
+ Review and report progress against QHSE plans and Objectives
+ Assure, through the management structure, that corrective actions are followed-up, closed-out and, where necessary, laterally communicated.
+ Promptly respond to all reports of unsafe conditions, unsafe activities, incidents and near misses, which are received from subordinates and other personnel.
+ Taking prompt corrective action and advising senior management accordingly with regard to unsafe/unhealthy procedures, methods, facilities, equipment and substances.
+ Encouraging personal QHSE awareness among individual subordinates and the managed workforce.
+ Conducts incident investigation to identify root cause and make appropriate corrective/preventive action.
+ Providing support for the operations department on the development of JSA.
+ Participating in tool box talks and facilitating HSE Meeting within the organization.
+ Conducting HSE Awareness training and induction.
+ Conducting Safety audits and providing advice on the appropriate corrective and preventive action that should be taken.
+ Conducting Quality Management System audit to ensure that procedures are being followed and implemented.
+ Conducting Emergency response training and drills
+ Ensuring that Permit-to-Work system is being implemented outside the normal routine jobs and work activities and for jobs that has high potential for occurrence of incident that will result to injury or fatality
+ Aiding line management in the accident investigation.
+ Recording and maintaining HSE reports and statistics

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Passed the licensure examination for Nurses conducted by the Philippine Regulations Commission.

NEBOSH International Certificate for Occupational Health and Safety, QMS Internal Auditor Certificate

Have above average MS Office application skills (Word, Excel, Power Point), can wowrk in a multi-cultural environment and have very good English oral and written communication skills.
