„Ã Project Planning & Management; Finalization requirements and specifications in consultation with engineering consultants/ collaborators, external suppliers, and contractors. Controlling the project cost with in the budget and monitoring of Cash Flow ¡V Cost Control. Generating project progress report. Appraising project feasibility after considering wide spectrum aspects such as quantum of project outlay involved, existing capacity levels in terms of manpower, machinery & technology, scope of enhancing the resources & accordingly deciding future course of action.

„Ã Installation & Commissioning: Handling installation and commissioning machineries and equipments as well as handling facilities for completion of projects in stipulated time/cost parameters. Undertaking up gradation, renovation & modification job of the existing machinery, equipment and manufacturing facilities of the plant. Reviewing plant layout & carrying out inspection tests for determining the effectiveness of the equipments/ machineries.

„Ã Contract Administration; Preparation and review of technical specifications & scope of deliverables, estimates. Review of technical & commercial proposals, along with handling of contracts / billing related formalities, documentation & targeted cash flow schedules. Techno commercial evaluations, conducting negotiations with bidders, tendering and awarding of works.

„Ã Vendor Development / Procurement; Identifying and developing cost effective vendors for procurement of project equipments based on purchase specifications. Coordinating procurement activities like tendering & bid management, estimations, techno-commercial evaluations, contract negotiations etc.

„Ã Quality/ HSE: Maintaining quality standards and ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective action. Conducting internal and external audits for ensuring adherence to the quality systems and HSE and resolving Customer Complaints and ensuring safety at work places.
