3)Controlling of parameter likes input & output of Gas to sulfur recovery unit, Steam drum, Condensers, storage vessels, Distillation columns, boilers, WTP plants, Water level & Cooling Towers.
4)Commissioning & erection operations of sulfur recovery units, distillation units,columns,heat exchangers, pipelines,& storagetanks, cooling towers works.
5)Assessing root causes and taking remedial actions. Making field adjustments- adjusting flow rates / levels pressures /temperatures on various operational units to ensure maximum plant efficiency. Maintaining accurate logs & reports for appropriate decision making.
6)Plant start up, run, and shutdown as per operating procedures, & Ensuring Plant stability. Highly proficient in controlling process variables.
7)Continuous monitoring the plant operating conditions to ensure the quick resolution of abnormal operational situations & reporting significant changes to superiors and initiating action as required
