Presently Working as Supervisor in E&I (Electrical and Instrumentation) department at Lucky Cement Limited on its 3rd and 4th Plants(Line C and Line D), which are totally PLC based.
I was also the member of Testing and Commissioning Team performed on newly erected plant Line-D
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Operation and maintenance of
· All types of AC Motors(HT and LT)
· DC drive DCS500 ABB
· Frequency drives
· Soft starters
· Circuit breakers
· Thermocouple(PT100)
· Flow, Pressure and Temperature transmitters
· Speed sensors and limit switches etc.
Areas of Duties

DS ENGINEERING AND AUTOMATION SERVICES. (Nov2004 to sep2005)

Major responsibilities.
· Installation of control panels.
· Termination of HT motors and LT motors.
· Wiring of control circuits.
· Termination of PLC system at Coal mill VRM1700 and Raw mill VRM3700.
· Earthling and safety
· Insulation testing of electrical equipments.
· Installation of Pressure and temperature transmitters at kiln and preheater
· Cabals laying and jointing.

TELECOM FOUNDATION . (Feb2002 to May2004)
2 Year Experience in Telecom Foundation (Ministry of Science and Technology) Pay Phones limited as Senior Technician.
AL-JASIM IT SOLUTION DUBAI, UAE. (June2004 to Aug2004)
Worked as Technical assistant with M/s Al-Jasim IT Solution Company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Major Responsibilities:
· Installation of Bio-Matrix equipments e.g. Access Control system, Finger print detector, Face recognizer, magnetic door lock.
· Installation of CCTV cameras in various places at Dubai, Sharja.
ZHONGXING TELECOM (Pvt) LIMITED. (Oct2000 to Dec2001)
1 Year experience in ZHONGXING Telecom (Pvt) Limited, as a Technician.
Major Responsibilities included:
· Physical Installation of MDF and termination of subscriber wires at MDF.
· Basic connection of Rectifiers Rack with Switching Equipment.
