Ą Conceptual Piping Route Study/Preparation of Detailed Equipment & Piping Layouts for Main plant, Utilities System, Off site and Yard Piping System.
Ą Preparation of necessary Input Data required for Detailed Engineering.
Ą Piping Wall Thickness, PT Rating, Reinforcement Pad, Pipe Sizing & Pressure Drop Calculation.
ƒÑ Designing/Checking of Piping Study, Equipment, Piping and Support Marking GAD¡¦s.
Ą Preparation of Bulk & Detailed MTO for Pipes, Piping Components & Supports.
Ą Checking/Preparation of Nozzle Orientation Drawings.
Ą Familiar with International Design Codes and Standards.
Ą Support Feasibility Studies.
Ą Selection the type of Support from Support Standards.
Ą Checking of isometric Drawing with Materials and Support Marking.
Ą Checking of detailed Piping support Drawings and As built Drawings.
Ą Inter discipline check of Vendor and Other Department Drawings.
