CONTRACT/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
„« Ensuring that payment in respect of expenditure incurred on site conforms with what the company has established.
„« Correspondence with client
„« Coordinating affairs within the site
„« Keeping of records on goods and equipments brought to the site.
„« Supervision of work done
„« Writing of reports on activities carried out on the site
„« Management and maintenance of list of contracts and their project accounts numbers.
„« Agreement on and preparation of time sheets with related costs for maintenance services with customers.
„« Preparation of costs aspects of Bids.
„« Monitoring of contract debtors balances and the regular preparation of
their up-to-date age analysis.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
„« Examining ways to improve health and Safety standards within the organization.
„« Visiting business premises and sites to investigate accidents and complaints.
„« Inspecting equipment, working environments and structure to ensure safety standards.
„« Developing health and safety working programmes training and strategies.
„« Ensuring training of staff on safety health and Environmental matters.
„« Facilitating issues pertaining to staff welfare and a conducive working environment.
„« Arrange both local and international travel and Accommodation.
„« Scheduling transport for staff logistics.
„« Visiting business premises and sites to investigate complaints with relation to utilities.
