Job Description:
• Reporting to the Area Manager.
• Technical and administrative management aspects of the site activities
• Cost Monitoring and CTC (cost to complete) on monthly basis.
• Monitoring works progress and look ahead schedules.
• Client/ Engineer/ Subcontractors Correspondence.
• Claims and contractual negotiations
• Procurement and sub contracts negotiations.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the Consultant and the Owner Representative throughout the project.
