o Detail design project replacing exiting horizontal flare with new vertical at Abqaiq Road oil plant for Saudi Aramco
o Conceptual design to provide utilities for construction sites at Ras Tanura Integrated Project (RTIP) in association with KBR.
o Detail design of Water disinfection supply system at 44 locations of Gas and Oil Separation Plants (GOSPs) of Saudi Aramco
o Detail engineering study to improve water distribution system in homeownership area at Saudi Aramco Abqaiq.

Attock Refinery is a pioneer oil refinery in Pakistan with capacity of 100,000 BPD.

Process Engineer
o Conceptual design of Utilities (Steam, Raw water, Furnace oil, compressed air, Cooling water) in ARL prior to the installation of new projects Preflash, Isomerization and Diesel Hydrodesulphurization unit
o Team member of Technical services department in the Hydro skimming of reactor catalyst of Naphtha Hydrotreater section of Reformer
o Evaluation to replace a Spiral type exchanger with Shell and Tube type Heat exchanger at Heavy Crude Unit o Detailed design project to provide FFO as a fuel to a power plant client (Attock Gen. Ltd) directly from ARL FFO storage tanks. All the ARL in house design calculations approved and project commissioned successfully.
o Learnt HYSYS during training period and can create and converge a full crude distillation plant model
